Initial Crew Resource Management (CRM) Training provides aviation personnel with a foundational understanding of human factors and their impact on safety and operational performance. The course focuses on core CRM principles that support safe, effective decision-making in complex and high-pressure aviation environments.
Through theory, simulated scenarios, and interactive exercises, participants develop essential non-technical skills that improve communication, teamwork, situational awareness, and error management across all operational roles.
