Booking & Cancellation Policy

By booking a course with Delta-Delta Training, learners and clients agree to the terms outlined below. All training is subject to availability and confirmation. Final booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment and written confirmation.

Booking Conditions

• All course bookings must be made in advance.
• Spaces are limited and secured only upon full or deposit payment.
• Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking.
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and subject to change without notice.

Cancellations by the Learner or Client

• All cancellations must be communicated via WhatsApp, email, or phone as soon as possible.
• Cancellations made less than one day before the course may incur fees.
• No-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete documentation will be treated as late cancellations.

Rescheduling & Transfers

• Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and approval.
• Admin fees may apply for rescheduling or date changes.
• Some specialist or regulatory courses may not be eligible for transfer.

Cancellations by Delta-Delta Training

• Courses may be rescheduled due to safety, operational, or instructor issues.
• Where cancelled, learners may be offered an alternative date, course credit, or refund.

Eligibility & Documentation

• Learners must meet entry, health, and regulatory criteria.
• Failure to provide required documents may result in booking cancellation.

Certificates

• Certificates are only issued upon successful course completion and payment.
• Replacement certificates may incur additional administrative costs.

Liability

Delta-Delta Training is not responsible for personal losses or costs incurred due to course changes or cancellations. Learners should wait for confirmation before arranging travel or accommodation.
